Market Update

At the end of each month, Terry Tolman, Chief Executive Officer for the Realtors Association of Maui, compiles statistics for that month as well as year to date and 5 year historical data.  Here is a link to the November report along with his commentary.

It should come as no surprise that November sales were down sharply reflecting turmoil in the financial and credit markets during September and October.  With rates dropping sharply and the credit markets loosening up, we are noticing a sharp pick-up in sales this month that will reflect in the February report.
