P.S. - According to a article in The Maui News, The Department of Water Supply may have overcharged residents in the Wailuku and parts of Kula in their January water bill due to an error in the new computer billing system.  The overcharge is between $8 and $10 on the monthly meter fee.  Corrections will be made in the next couple of months.
