Market Update

 
Lately, we've been very busy getting new listings all of which we feel are very attractively priced. 

Our featured listing this week is Wailea Point #301.  This unit had a $1 Million Shawn Conner's remodel several years ago.  Be sure to check out the all the pictures for this spectacular oceanfront condo.  Wailea Point allows short term rentals with a minimum of 30 days.  It is one of the finest oceanfront condos on Maui.

On the other end of the spectrum, we listed a 2 bedroom condo at Harbor Lights for $73K which would be ideal for an investor or someone looking for a very inexpensive place to live.

For those looking for vacation condos, we listed Nani Kai Hale #303, a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Sugar Beach area for $309.8K.  Recently, we also listed Maui Vista #2110 for $309K.

Lastly, we had a reduction in price on our listing at Maalaea Kai #305 to $579K.  This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is beautifully upgraded and conveniently located halfway to Lahaina yet close to Kihei and Central Maui.  Terrific vacation rental.
