Market Update

Happy Fourth of July!  There will be a public firework display from an offshore barge along Front Street beginning at 8 PM tomorrow night.  Get there early to get a good spot along Front street for viewing.  

If you intend to do your own fireworks, sales will end tomorrow at 8PM.  Permits are not required for sparklers, snakes or fountains.  Permits are required for fire crackers.  

Fireworks can only be legally set off from 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM on the Fourth of July.  Maui Fire officials advise to use caution when setting off fireworks and to have a water hose or bucket of water readily available.
