Market Update

This week we have featured a home at Hokulani Golf Villas.  This is one of the finest golf course communities on Maui.  Whether or not you are a golfer, we think you will enjoy the quality and beautiful, picturesque setting these homes offer.  Please contact us for a complete list of homes that are available for sale.

In recent months we have been telling you about Touchstone Destination Living and how they are putting together groups of buyers to purchase vacation homes.  The advantages of this method of shared ownership are obvious, and becoming more and more popular to astute buyers. 

Now, many property owners who are pinched for cash are seeing this as a way to raise money or reduce debt while still retaining ownership in a property that they may use only very occasionally.
