Once in a while an opportunity comes along that is so compelling that we feel confident in calling it a "No Brainer".  

Such an opportunity surfaced about a week or so ago, when it was announced very quietly that the developer was dropping prices at Kula 'I'o subdivision by approximately 30 to 35%.  

The price list on the website has not been updated, and is not yet available for public dissemination; however, call or e-mail us and we can tell you on an individual basis what the new prices are.

Since the whisper campaign started activity at Kula 'I'o, several lots have gone under contract including one being bought by Ken and a partner for their future homes.  

Besides the price changes, they are now allowing the lots to be condominiumized.  What this means is that you will be able to separate the lot in two legal entities, and sell off one half if you choose.

If either living in Kula or building your own home is not your cup of tea, let us know, and we will do our best to find something else that will work better for you.

P.S. Never before have we seen so many Canadian visitors coming during the Summer.  As one person remarked, "I am here specifically to buy property".  The combination of the strength in the Canadian dollar (trading at close to par), and prices of Maui properties being down 30% or more on average, have created the perfect storm in reverse.
