Market Update

It has been about 60 days since we rolled out our new Website, and hopefully you are enjoying some of the new features such as Map Search, Walk Scores, and detailed information on almost every condominium on Maui.

If you haven't had a chance to take our website for a test run, we'd really appreciate if you would do so, and give us your honest feedback. If there are any features you'd like us to include on our next update, please let us know.


In regards to the market, not much has changed lately.  We are continuing to see bidding wars over competitively priced listings with prices often going above previous high marks.  As the prices go higher, we expect to see more Sellers wanting to list their properties, so this should bring the market back in to a better balance.
