Market Update

It may be the best time to buy in the last 4 years. Prices are down and interest rates are holding steady at historically low levels.

An article in CNNMoney.com by Les Christie titled, "Housing: Best Time to Buy in 4 years", studied markets across the Country and found 88% of the 330 markets surveyed showed price declines and improved affordability in the last 3 months of 2007.
