| 2005 is almost history now and what a year it has been. During this period, The Smith Team has been personally involved in 89 transaction sides totalling $55 Million. What makes us most proud, however, is not the dollar volume, but the fact that 47% of our business was from Past Clients and 13% from Referrals. We feel that this is testimony to the fact that we are doing many things right. Even so, in 2006 we do not intend to rest on our laurels, but will strive to improve upon the service we provide to all of our current, past, and hopefully future clients.
