Market Update

Existing home sales rose to the their second highest pace on record, and NAR is predicting that overall home sales should be close to a record this year. Read the whole story.

Maui appears to be no different than many of the other hot real estate spots around the country. Even with interest rates rising almost 1% from their lows on 30 year fixed rate mortgages, it doesn't appear to have been enough to take the steam out of the market. In fact, the opposite effect might be true as people are scrambling to lock in at these still historically low interest rates before they go any higher.

In this issue of our weekly Newsletter, we have selected a variety of properties from affordable residential condos to luxury homes, condos and a few vacant lots on which to build your dream home.
