| March turned out to be a record month in terms of sales for our company. The market continues to be quite strong for homes, condos, and land in price ranges up to $3 million. In this current market environment, most well priced new listings are sold within days after being listed, so it is imperative to be ready to move quickly and decisively when the right property comes along. One example of such a home is our own new listing which is this week's featured property at 35 Kolopua Place in Wailuku. It just went into the MLS late last evening and we already have two showings for this afternoon. This home is so cute and charming, it will be love at first sight. Don't wait, because it won't be around long. Now, there is a way to find out about new listings, the second they are uploaded in to the MLS. It is called Auto-Notification. Just tell us the type of property (home, condo, or land), and any specific details such as price range, living area, beds, baths, etc. and we will program the computer so you are immediately notified when a listing goes on-line that matches your criteria. In this way, you can react quickly when you find the right property and perhaps avoid having to compete against multiple offers or losing out altogether on your dream property.
