| In this issue we have focused most of our attention on low end residential and vacation rental condos. Although prices have escalated dramatically, rents have increased as well. With the combination of increased rents and low interest rates, one can still find some very good deals on Maui.....at least we think so. Recently we have purchased properties similar to those shown below for own personal inventory at Harbor Lights, Kamoa Views, Southpointe, Kihei Villages, and even one on Kauai at Halelani Village. Perhaps that dream property that you want to buy is not quite attainable for you at this time. If so, consider taking advantage of the super low interest rates and get your foot in the door in the Maui Real estate market at whatever your comfort level is. Whether it is a condo for $120,000 or a multi-million estate, you will get the same excellent service from the Smith Team.
