| You have to be not only quick but also a little lucky in this market to get those really good deals. Two days ago a 5 acre lot in Kula Meadows, an upscale gated community in Lower Kula, was listed for $635,000. This is the type of property that we've been dreaming about getting for ourselves someday for a family homestead. Within 24 hours they had so many offers that the Seller decided he was asking too little and raised the price by $50,000. Oh well, there will be other opportunities down the road.
