| High season has officially swung into high gear. After a brief slowdown during the holiday season, we expect to resume the torrid sales pace that we have seen during most of 2003. Of course, this depends a great deal on the inventory and how much sellers are asking for their properties. There will come a point when buyers may feel that our market has gotten ahead of itself and risen too quickly. Is that time here now? That is the $64,000 question, and honestly we can't say for sure. We are betting on continued price appreciation well into 2004 and maybe beyond; although probably not at the double digit figures we have seen of late. No guaranties of course. |
