Update on Fractional Ownership Last week we announced that we were forming a group to purchase Kamaole Sands #7-102. We have been successful in getting firm commitments from 4 partners for 2 months each. The following periods remain available and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. February 15th to April 15th is available for $61,500 and the two separated months of May 15th to June 15th and July 15th to August 15th can be bought for $53,000.
