| We know that you have heard us say it before, but it bears repeating. This is an amazing market! During the last 7 days, there were over 100 listings that either went to Contingent or Pending status. For our small market, that is a lot of new sales. One Realtor® had 25 showings on her new listing in Kihei within the first 48 hours and received an above full price offer. For those of you who are serious about buying, waiting until the end of the week to find out the best deals might be too late. You need to act quickly in this market when a good deal comes around; otherwise you will be shut out. If you have the time and the inclination, you can check the daily new listings on my website, but this list is often not complete since it is optional for agents whether or not they wish to allow their listings to be advertised in the Maui MLS Websearch from which these listings are drawn.In order to present you hot buys before they are sold, we are going to attempt to update our Newsletter on a daily basis. We will still send it out only once a week so as not to overwhelm you with e-mails; however, you will now be able to go to the Newsletter Archive and see the next issue even before it comes out.
