Market Update

The real estate market is far from being slow now, but the period after Labor Day until Thanksgiving is generally one of the quietest times of the year for tourism. It is a wonderful time to come visit as the beaches and restaurants are not very crowded and many of them are offering special discounts to try and attract more clientele.

It was an interesting week not just for real estate since Ken was out from Monday through Thursday mid-day as he fulfilled his civic duty as a Juror. Business is now back to normal, as we are fully staffed once again.
