Residential Market SummaryCondo Market Summary You will notice that up to a $1 million, residential inventory levels are extremely tight. In fact, it is not until you go over $2 million that the market shifts decidedly in favor of the buyers with approximately 3 years worth of inventory at present levels. In the condo market, it is a seller's market up to $2 Million with 6 months or less of inventory. Over $2 million, it is somewhat soft but not terribly out of line with about 18 months of inventory. Eight months inventory is considered neutral in terms of buyers and sellers. |
