Each week we have been telling you how strong the market on Maui is. This week rather than just telling you, we are going to give you some hard facts.

Residential Market Summary

Condo Market Summary

You will notice that up to a $1 million, residential inventory levels are extremely tight. In fact, it is not until you go over $2 million that the market shifts decidedly in favor of the buyers with approximately 3 years worth of inventory at present levels.

In the condo market, it is a seller's market up to $2 Million with 6 months or less of inventory. Over $2 million, it is somewhat soft but not terribly out of line with about 18 months of inventory. Eight months inventory is considered neutral in terms of buyers and sellers.
