| Will the rise in interest rates take the wind out of the booming real estate market? Well, it appears as if the answer is no unless the interest rates should rise back to the mid to high 7's which most pundits think is highly unlikely given the sluggishness of the economy and the fact that 2004 is an election year. What is happening is a slowing down in the torrid pace of refinancing.
