As high season draws to an end, it will be interesting to see if the market can continue its torrid pace of the last several years. A drop in tourist travel is anticipated over the next few months due to concerns over terrorism, SARS, and the generally slow pace of the economic recovery. Hopefully the downturn will be short-lived and have little if any effect on our economy and the real estate market. Stay tuned. There may be some bargains on the horizon.
