Overview of Market

The market continues to be quite strong overall (especially the low to middle end), but here and there we are seeing some pockets of weakness. It may be that the sellers were way overpriced to begin with, but are now coming to terms with reality and becoming more motivated to sell.

In this issue, we are focusing quite a bit of attention on listings where sellers have reduced their prices. We have tried to bring you listings that not only dropped their asking prices, but also brought them down to market levels or below. We feel that this may be where you will get your best deals. In addition though, we are continuing to bring you the very best buys in new listings.
