| You may be wondering why you haven't heard from us in almost 2 weeks. We do our best to get out a Newsletter at least once a week with all of the latest hot buys; however, we've faced a few challenges recently that have made it difficult for us to communicate with you as often as we'd like. On a positive note, we have been so busy showing property, writing up offers, and opening new escrows (five in just the last week) that it hasn't left us with much time to put together a Newsletter. Also, you may remember, we were converting to a new web based MLS System called Paragon. Well, the transition hasn't gone quite as smoothly as everyone hoped for, so rather than send you out reports that were incomplete, we have waited until the information that we sent you was easier to read with most of the pertinent facts. In this issue of our Newsletter, we are focusing on two South Kihei condo complexes. The first, Kamaole Sands, has been voted favorite vacation rental complex by Travel Agents. The second one, Kihei Shores, is geared towards investors or those seeking a very affordable home in a good location. In future issues, we will cover other condominium complexes as well as popular residential neighborhoods and subdivisions. Not all condos on Maui allow short term vacation rentals. On our website under hot buys, you will see a green icon next to the name that lets you know that it is okay to do short term rentals. When you click on a listing whether it is from my website or within this Newsletter and you don't see photos, it is because the listing agent has not put any into the system. We get many requests to take photos of other people's listings. As much as we'd like to accommodate this type of request, time does not permit us to do this; however, if you are contemplating making an offer on a property, we will do our best to honor your request. |
