I was recently in Maui looking a real estate properties for retirement, when i ran onto this property. I noticed it had a Century 21 sign. Is this your listing or a Century 21 listing? Also noticed in researching it, the prices were all over the place over the last 5 or 6 years from $8.3M to $1.9M. What is the actual price, and has it been for sale that long? What’s the deal, just wanting to know if it something we should and could consider. Please advise, Thank You
