The tradition of happy hour goes back decades and was intended as a way to entice workers who were getting off their shift to drop by their local bar for a drink. This tradition has continued to thrive in bars, restaurants and cafes all over the country. On Maui, there are dozens of places where you could potentially enjoy a craft cocktail, local beer, or discounted appetizer depending on what part of the island you happen to find yourself in.
