Jeremy Smith R (S)

A Maui resident since 1980, Jeremy Smith R (S) has always had a love for the Aina . . . the Land. Combining his degree in tropical horticulture from Maui Community College with his enterprising spirit, he founded his own landscaping business, caring for and enhancing the beauty of Maui's abundant flora. He also has devoted himself to assisting in the restoration of indigenous plant communities in native Hawaiian ecosystems. Jeremy literally knows Maui from its deepest roots.

With his keen understanding of the Maui Real Estate market, Jeremy purchased his own home and successfully completed several investment transactions. Recently, he has joined his father and brother on "The Smith Team," one of Maui's most successful real estate sales teams.

Jeremy's specialty is the beautiful Upcountry area. He brings that loving touch of the Earth to all of his clients in finding their new home. Jeremy is an avid golfer, surfer, and all-around athlete.

Melissa Bantilan R (B)

Melissa Bantilan captures the true spirit of what Maui is all about. She is the third generation to be born and raised on Maui. Growing up on Maui, Melissa has seen a lot of growth and development within this real estate community. Melissa loves to show �the aloha spirit� with whomever she meets. She prides herself on giving exceptional service to all of her clients. To do this, she provides her clients with the knowledge and power to make educated decisions on finding their dream homes on Maui.

Melissa Bantilan recently joined The Smith Team in August 2008 after she married Gregory P. Smith. She brings great knowledge and experience for she was a top agent for two other large real estate franchises in Hawaii. In 2007, Melissa was ranked as the 3rd highest producer on Maui and the 12th highest producer in the State of Hawaii out of 450 agents with her previous company. Melissa also obtained her Broker�s license in 2007. She has a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Washington.

Melissa Bantilan has been my Realtor� since 2003. I was looking to purchase a pet-friendly condo in Kihei. She set up numerous showings, had answers to my many questions and could not have been more helpful.
